Jewellery and watch repair management

Every repair.Easy to follow.

A worn claw. A watch that needs assessing. A customer asking whether their ring is ready. Keep the condition, photographs, work required and latest update with the repair, from booking-in to signed collection.

A shop visit. A personal demonstration. One month’s free demo-store access.

Built for your working day

Record what came over the counter.

A loose stone and a worn claw are different details. Record the item’s assessed condition separately from the work required, and add photographs of the problem. Your team can refer back to what was noted when the piece arrived.

The detail that matters

The moments between booking-in and collection.

Not ready to give a price?

Book the job as To quote when it needs assessing first. Record an estimate when you have one, or mark work as free of charge where appropriate.

Where is it, and what happened last?

Keep the repair’s location, status and updates on the job. The activity history shows who added an update and when, so another member of staff can pick up the conversation.

Keep payments with the job

Record repair payments and their methods against the job. Your team can refer to the payment history when the customer comes back.

Ready is not the same as collected

Mark the repair ready for collection, then capture the customer’s collection signature when it is handed back. Keep the completed repair receipt with the record.

A practical way to work

From booking-in to collection.

  1. Book it in

Select the customer, describe the item’s condition and required work, and add photographs.

  2. Record the price or quote status

Enter an estimated cost or mark the job To quote while the work is assessed.

  3. Follow the work

Update the location and status, add progress notes and record payments as the job moves on.

  4. Hand it back

Complete the in-store collection with the customer’s signature and a repair receipt.

A few practical questions

Know how it will work.

Can I book a repair before I know the price?

Yes. Select To quote when booking an in-store repair. The job is recorded with that status while the work is assessed, so you can log the item before agreeing a price.

Can I record damage and photographs at booking-in?

Yes. Record the assessed condition separately from the repair analysis, and upload photographs of the problem. Those details stay with the repair record.

Can another member of staff follow up the job?

Yes. Staff can view the job’s location, status and activity history. Updates show the member of staff and the time, helping the next person answer a customer’s question.

Can I record payments and a collection signature?

Yes. Repair payments have their own history on the job. The in-store collection process captures a customer signature and records the collection, with a completed repair receipt.

Can you bring over open repairs from our current system?

We review your exports and open jobs, then agree which customer, item, status and payment details can move. Your team checks the prepared records before launch. See how we plan the move.

Can our team try it first?

Yes. We offer a shop visit, a personal demonstration and one month’s free demo-store access. We can walk through a typical job from condition photographs to collection using sample details.
