Is Pursuit a jewellery specialist too?
Yes. Pursuit specialises in jewellery and watch retail. Stockbox also serves this trade, with dedicated buy-ins, detailed product templates and personal help from setup through to launch.
Can Pursuit connect to Shopify?
Yes, through an integration from Autify. Stockbox has its own app, with two-way sync for products, images, prices, stock, customers, orders and refunds. The Stockbox connection uses Stockbox POS in your shop.
Can you migrate every record from Pursuit?
We review your version and available exports, then confirm which records can move. We prepare and check the agreed data with you, and plan how to keep any remaining history accessible.
Is Stockbox cheaper than Pursuit?
The total depends on your setup. Stockbox Standard is £450 per month and Shopify Store is £300 per month, both including VAT. Setup and additional services are scoped separately; Shopify charges remain separate. We explain the costs before you commit.
What should we bring to a demonstration?
Choose a returning watch, a repeat stock line or a repair that needs a quote. We can walk through the relevant process using sample data, including the purchase or collection paperwork. Your team then has one month’s free demo-store access.
Can we speak to someone who understands the trade?
Yes. Our team includes jewellers and watch dealers. We visit your shop, look at how you work and help plan the data preparation, training and changeover.
