A few practical questions.
Do I need to be confident with technology?
No. We start with the tasks you already know: buying stock, making a sale, booking in a repair and looking after customers. You can try them in the demo store, then work through training with our team.
Can you bring across my existing records?
We begin by reviewing the data you can export from your current system or spreadsheets. We agree the records, fields and history that can move into Stockbox, then check the prepared data with you before launch.
Will I have to stop trading?
We plan the preparation and training around your shop. The final changeover depends on your current setup, and we agree its timing and any interruption with you in advance.
What does the free month include?
One month's access to a demo store after your demonstration, so you and your team can explore Stockbox. This is a chance to try the software before deciding on a live setup; it is not a free month of live trading or migration services.
What does Stockbox cost?
The Standard package is £450 per month including VAT and includes a Stockbox website. The Shopify-connected package is £300 per month including VAT, with Shopify charges separate. We explain the setup scope and any additional service costs before you commit. See the package comparison.
Can I keep an existing Shopify website?
Yes. Stockbox can provide the inventory and operational tools behind your Shopify storefront. We review the features and integrations your shop needs, including any package limitations, before recommending the right setup.
