A few practical questions.
Will my existing WooCommerce design transfer?
A move to the Standard package includes a Stockbox website. Your WordPress theme and plugins do not transfer as working Stockbox features. We review your design and functional requirements, show you the available options and agree the new website before launch.
Can you move my products and images?
We review the product exports, attributes and images available from your current site, then agree how they will be prepared for Stockbox. Customer and order history are assessed separately so you know exactly what the migration includes.
What happens to my domain and Google rankings?
We plan the domain changeover and review existing page addresses so redirects can be mapped where needed. We also review key content and product information before launch. Search visibility can change during a website move; we do not promise that rankings will stay the same.
Will I still be able to trade during the preparation?
We prepare and review the new website separately from your live store. We agree the final stock update, order checks and any changeover window with you before switching the domain.
What is included in the monthly price?
The Standard package is £450 per month including VAT and includes a Stockbox website. We confirm migration, any bespoke website work and additional services separately before you commit. Review the package details.
