eBay selling for jewellers and watch dealers

Your stock is ready.Give it an eBay listing.

You have described the watch, taken the photographs and recorded its details. Use that work to prepare an eBay listing from Stockbox. Choose the category, condition and eBay price, then follow the resulting orders alongside your stock.

Built for your working day

Describe the piece once. Prepare it for the channel.

Stockbox uses your product description, photographs and public attributes to build the listing. Add or adjust eBay-specific details where needed, so you can prepare the listing without starting again in a separate product record.

  • Product photographs and description reused
  • Item specifics for the chosen eBay category
  • A separate eBay selling price

The detail that matters

The details that matter before you publish.

Choose the right condition

Stockbox requests the available condition options for the selected eBay category. Describe a pre-owned piece using the choices relevant to that category.

Your eBay price can be different

Set an eBay price separately from the product’s shop price. Review postage and returns settings with the listing before publishing.

Keep the listing connected

Once a listing is accepted, Stockbox keeps its eBay item reference with the product. Listing actions include revising details and ending the listing.

An order with a stock reference

Imported eBay orders include buyer, item and delivery details. For a matched product, the import updates its selling status or remaining quantity and records the eBay sale in its activity.

A practical way to work

From a stock record to an eBay sale.

  1. Connect your account

We help configure your eBay connection and review any listings you already have.

  2. Prepare the product

Check photographs, description and attributes, then select the eBay category and condition.

  3. Review and publish

Set the eBay price and review postage and returns details before submitting the listing.

  4. Follow the order

Review imported orders and their linked products in Stockbox, then handle the next steps for the sale.

A few practical questions

Know how it will work.

Do I need my own eBay seller account?

Yes. We connect Stockbox to your eBay account and review its setup with you. Your eBay fees, selling limits and account requirements remain separate from Stockbox.

Can I use the photographs and descriptions already in Stockbox?

Yes. Listing preparation uses your product photographs, description and public product attributes, together with the eBay-specific details you select. Check the finished content before publishing.

Can the eBay price differ from the price in my shop?

Yes. The product has a separate eBay price field. You can review that price and the listing’s postage and returns settings before publishing.

What happens to stock after an eBay sale?

When an eBay order is imported and matched to a Stockbox product, the import updates its status or quantity. Synchronisation depends on the connection and processing; we check the sale flow with your team during setup.

What if we already have listings on eBay?

We review how those listings relate to your Stockbox products and agree what needs linking, preparing or republishing. The approach depends on your existing listings and account connection.

Can you help us prepare the first listings?

Yes. We can review sample pieces with you and scope photography or listing work where needed. We also show your team how to review listings and incoming orders.
