Jewellery and watch POS software

Make the sale.Keep the details together.

A ring sold over the counter. A price agreed with a regular customer. Part paid in cash, the rest by card. Stockbox brings the items, customer, payment records and paperwork into a point-of-sale process built around your shop.

A shop visit. A personal demonstration. One month’s free demo-store access.

  • Record the agreed sale
  • Keep payment details
  • Follow the paperwork

Built for your working day

The ticket price is not always the selling price.

Keep the original price, the adjustment and the resulting selling price on the sale. If the customer pays using more than one method, record each amount separately. The next person looking at the transaction can follow what was agreed and how it was paid.

  • Customer details alongside the sale
  • Price adjustments recorded per item
  • Payment records and printable receipts

The detail that matters

For the sales your counter actually handles.

No full stock record yet?

Simple POS lets you enter a product description and price without first building a complete catalogue entry. You can also look up existing stock while preparing the sale.

Cash, card or a combination

Record cash, card and bank-transfer payments, including amounts split between methods. Keep the payment detail with the sale instead of a separate note beside the till.

A piece taken in part exchange

Enter the incoming item’s description and agreed value alongside the pieces being sold. Keep the exchange detail with the transaction and its paperwork.

A sale you can follow afterwards

Move a Simple POS sale into Orders for further handling. Where the sale is linked to existing stock, the order process updates the relevant stock record.

A practical way to work

From the customer to the receipt.

  1. Start the sale

Select or add the customer, then find the stock item or enter a description for a Simple POS sale.

  2. Record the agreement

Enter the selling prices, adjustments and any part-exchange items.

  3. Record the payments

Choose the methods used and enter the amount against each one.

  4. Complete the paperwork

Generate the receipt and follow the sale through Orders where needed.

More than money taken at the till

Cash comes in. Cash goes out.

A cash sale, a repair payment and a watch bought from a customer all affect the cash in your shop. Stockbox’s cash register brings recorded cash movements from orders, buy-ins and repairs into one view, with links back to the records.

Give the movement a reason.

Set the opening float, then record other cash paid in or out. Link a manual entry to an order, buy-in or repair, or add a reason when it stands alone.

Keep the correction visible.

Reverse a mistaken manual entry with a reason. The original and the reversal remain in the history, so the correction can be followed.

A few practical questions

Know how it will work.

Can I record a sale before creating a full stock product?

Yes. Simple POS supports a typed product description and price. A sale entered this way is different from selling a linked stock product; we show your team how each route moves through Orders.

Can a customer pay partly in cash and partly by card?

Yes. Record more than one payment method and the amount for each. Recording a card payment in Stockbox is separate from taking payment through your chosen terminal or provider.

Can I record a part exchange?

Yes. The POS flow includes incoming exchange items, their descriptions and agreed values alongside the outgoing sale. We demonstrate the payment and paperwork steps with an example from your shop.

Does Stockbox update stock when I sell a piece?

For a sale linked to an existing stock product, the order process updates its status or quantity. We demonstrate the complete POS-to-order flow so staff know when the stock update happens.

Does it work with our existing till equipment?

Tell us which computer, printer and card terminal you use. We review the setup and confirm what can be used and what needs changing before you commit.

Can we try a sale before moving over?

Yes. We offer a shop visit, a personal demonstration and one month’s free demo-store access. Practise your typical counter sales with sample details before the live changeover.
