Why choose Stockbox over AuOS?
If you want stock, sales, repairs and a website together, start with Stockbox Standard. The package includes those tools and a dedicated account manager. For watch dealers, we can show the buy-in details; for jewellers, try repairs and repeat stock. Choose on the jobs you do and the help you need.
Does Stockbox include a website?
Yes, the Standard package includes a Stockbox website. If you already use Shopify, the Shopify Store package connects it to Stockbox instead. We’ll review your design, stock and existing apps with you.
Are repairs and customer records included?
Yes. Both packages include purchasing, product management, repairs, valuations, sales and customer records. Photography, listing work and other extra services are agreed separately.
Can my team try Stockbox before we commit?
Yes. We’ll visit your shop, show your staff how Stockbox works and give you a month’s demo-store access. Try a buy-in, book a repair and put through a sale using sample stock. You’ll have time to see how it fits your working day before agreeing a live setup.
Can you help us move to Stockbox?
Yes. We’ll review your current system and available exports, agree which records can move and check them with you. Your team can try Stockbox in a demo store before the live changeover.
